Palm Jebel Ali is Nakheel's second palm-shaped masterplan and the largest single beachfront development in the United Arab Emirates pipeline. When complete it will deliver 2,002 ultra-luxury villas across 16 fronds and seven crescent islands — adding 91 km of beachfront to Dubai's coastline, twice that of Palm Jumeirah. The current launch focuses on Fronds K, L, M, N, O and P with handover phased between Q3 2027 and 2029. The distress positions captured here are assignment opportunities — original buyers exiting at four to fourteen percent below their entry basis, transferring accrued appreciation to the assignee.
