By visiting or using investwithraj.com (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms work alongside the Privacy Policy.

2 · What this site is

Invest With Raj is the personal advisory practice of Raj Tomar, a real-estate advisor based in Dubai. The site is operated personally by Raj, not by a company. It exists to share market reads, research notes, and current opportunities, and to let you start a conversation.

Everything published here is general information. Nothing on the site is an offer, a solicitation, or a binding commitment to buy, sell, or transact in any property or security.

The content here is general market information, not personalised investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it doesn’t account for your particular circumstances.

Reading the site, downloading a note, or submitting a form does not create an agency, fiduciary, or client relationship. Any engagement begins only under a separate written agreement that sets out its own scope and terms.

4 · No guaranteed outcomes

Real estate carries risk; values can fall as well as rise. Any figures, comparables, or projections on the site are illustrative and sourced as stated at the point of use. Where a result is described, it is what has historically happened or a clearly-labelled projection — never a promise of future performance.

Always do your own due diligence and take independent professional advice before committing to any transaction.

5 · Accuracy and third-party information

I work to keep figures current and properly sourced, but the site may contain errors, omissions, or information that has since moved. Third-party data — for example Dubai Land Department records, developer materials, and listing portals — is provided as-is and belongs to its respective owners.

The site’s writing, research notes, design, and layout are mine unless otherwise credited. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, republish, scrape, resell, or build a derivative service from the content without written permission.

Work carried out for an engaged client is governed by its own written agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

I update this page when the site changes or the legal framework shifts. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects every change; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
