Dubai Creek Harbour is an Emaar master plan on the Ras Al Khor creek, positioned as a next-generation waterfront city across multiple districts (Creek Island, Creek Beach, Creekside). Unlike mature Emaar communities, this is still firmly in primary-launch phase — Emaar releases new towers regularly and the secondary market is thin and early-stage. The thesis is master-developer execution on a long build-out, with the creek frontage and Downtown skyline views as the durable advantage. Cycle position matters here more than in built-out areas.
