Dubai Islands (formerly Deira Islands) is a Nakheel five-island reclaimed master plan off the historic Deira coast. After years dormant, it relaunched with renewed primary activity — beachfront plots, mid-rise residences, and hospitality parcels. It's an early-cycle waterfront play in a part of Dubai (Deira/old town) that has historically traded below the new-Dubai coastal corridor, which is the core of its repricing thesis.
