Bluewaters Island is a Meraas-developed island off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coast, anchored by Ain Dubai (the world's largest observation wheel) and a retail-and-dining promenade. Because the island is small and supply is fixed, the secondary market is tight — limited stock against strong lifestyle demand.
